Refund policy

Please note that we DO NOT provide REFUNDS, all sales are final except for exchanges/ or store credit (excluding shipping cost).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In its original packaging
  • Bought directly from us. (If you bought it at an authorized dealer, please contact them).

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.

Exchanges will be honored within 14 days from delivery.

Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

Special order, discounted products are non-refundable / non-returnable /non-exchangable.

To start your return process, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

All products returned without first contacting us will be refused as we need to first issue you an RMA number before you return the item(s) to us.

Clients are responsible for any damage to the product in transit back to us. We highly suggest insuring parts for full value with tracking. Returned products lost in transit will not be covered by us, that is the shipper’s responsibility. Insurance is highly recommended. Damaged products are subject to inspection and may be denied return depending on the damage incurred. WHEN SHIPPING AN ITEM, WE SUGGEST USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE – AGAIN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST RETURN AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

CANCELLATIONS:

ALL CANCELED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% CANCELLATION FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS. LACK OF PLANNING, LACK OF PATIENCE & RUSH DEADLINES ARE NOT OUR ISSUE. WE SHIP ORDERS OUT AS SOON AS WE POSSIBLY CAN, SOMETIMES FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL CAN CAUSE DELAYS, SUCH AS ANODIZING, COATINGS OR SHIPMENTS FROM OUTSIDE VENDORS.
