Each kit is engineered from premium materials and manufactured in small batches for unmatched quality. HartLuck and Barnstorm stand behind every component—trusted by riders who push limits on and off the track.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• (1) Front sprocket

• (1) Rear sprocket

• (1) Cush-drive adapter (featuring dual-row sealed ball bearings)

• All necessary hardware

Add the optional 530 Heavy Duty Sealed Chain with rivet link for an easy plug-and-play setup—or source your own compatible chain if preferred.

SPECIFICATIONS

Front Sprocket

• 25 teeth, CNC-machined from 4130 chromoly steel

• Heat-treated and finished in electroless nickel for durability

Rear Sprocket

• 57 teeth, CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum

• Finish options: Natural, Black Anodized, or Polished

• Matches or complements stock wheels

• Delivers a final drive ratio close to stock (25:57 gear ratio)

Cush-Drive Adapter

• Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum

• Finished to match your selected rear sprocket

• Compatible with many aftermarket sprockets (minor modification may be required)

Chain Options

• 530 Heavy Duty Sealed Chain

• Colors: Chrome, Black, Black & Chrome, Gold

• Custom colors available upon request (additional cost & lead time)
