DESCRIPTION

HART LUCK DASH RELOCATION KIT — 2020+ INDIAN CHALLENGER
Built for riders who push. Our kit relocates the factory Ride Command touchscreen plus the speedometer and tach into a forward gauge pod. The result is cleaner lines, better ergonomics, and a cockpit that finally matches the way you ride.

This Dash Relocation Kit began life as the original Barnstorm design. Currently Hart Luck is now building, refining, and QC’ing.  Same proven concept, tighter quality control, better availability. Big thanks to Barnstorm for pioneering the platform—we’re proud to carry it forward.

Kit now includes: NAMZ pigtail plugs and heat shrinkable butt splices

IMPORTANT NOTE
Dash relocation only. Handlebars, risers, clamps, and any handlebar mount/adapter kits are not included.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Upper dash hood/shroud (finish per variant)

  • Forward gauge pod (finish per variant)

  • Ride Command relocation bracketry

  • Support brackets and required hardware/fasteners

  • Wiring supplies for extending speedometer/tach harnesses (color-matched wire, heat-shrink, loom, zip ties, P-clamps)

  • Printed install guide + link to the updated video walkthrough

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

  • Handlebars, risers, clamps, or any handlebar mount/adapter kits

  • Paint/bodywork for the Raw variant

  • Professional installation (optional)

FITMENT

  • Indian Challenger (2020 and newer)

  • Works with stock Ride Command and factory speedometer/tachometer

This is a proven, DIY-friendly mod—about 90% bolt-on—with 250+ kits in the field from the original design lineage. Expect basic disassembly/reassembly, clean wire work, and attention to detail.

  • Time: 4–7 hours for an experienced DIYer

  • Wiring: extend 11 wires (we strongly recommend solder + heat-shrink; avoid crimp-only)

  • Some trimming and re-use of factory hardware

  • Test all electrical functions before final assembly

  • Clean routing for front brake line, clutch cable, and switch wiring (minor retention rework may be needed)

TECH TIP
You don’t need to cut the handlebar wiring to remove it from the stock bars. Unplug the left/right switch packs and throttle twist-grip, pull the wiring down and out, and reinstall in reverse.

MATERIALS & FINISH

  • 3D-printed, ABS-like plastic panels (strength/toughness similar to ABS)

  • CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum brackets

  • Durable finishes per variant
Paint baking on plastics should not exceed 125°F (52°C).
